Many coaches offer their services through their own website, iFixMe is different. We provide access to a number of coaches, matched to you with a straightforward and accessible process to follow.

All of our coaches are qualified and accredited (or working towards final accreditation) and have years of experience across a range of industries. They work to the highest of standards.

As part of their accreditation, our coaches must follow a strict code of ethics and continue their professional devleopment. They receive regular supervision from experts supporting their learning.

Our approach is simple to access, online and at one standard price irrespective of the coach you work with.

Coaches use a number of tools to work with you. The number one rule with all coaching is to not tell or lead you to your answers. Coaching is about supporting you to find your own answers. We won't solve your problem with answers but with questions. Our responsibility is to help you to find your own answers.

To make this happen we practice real listening. Not just at the facts you tell us, but at the emotion we hear and the intuitive feelings we have. We're trained to spot signals and talk to you about them. We adapt to you, dialing up the challenge when its right to do so, and being softer when that's more approriate. We think hard about giving you the most help we can and drive you achieve your chosen goal. We are always confidential.

Sometimes we'll introduce you to some neuro science theory, sometimes a book or you tube clip that might help you learn a new perspective; sometimes we'll get creative and sometimes we'll just listen and work out the very best question we can ask to unlock your mind. People are different and no sessions are ever the same.

As we mentioned above, coaching isn't about providing you with our answers or solutions. It works on the premise that you have the answers and we need to help you access them.

Imagine that they are all there, in your brain, but you are unable to unlock them. We work with you until you find the key.

We offer a free consultation via phone or zoom.

The consultation also provides you with the opportunity to consider your exact needs, helping you approach your first session with clarity.

There is growing evidence that online coaching works just as well as in person coaching. All of our coaching is carried out using face to face video conferencing.

Being able to book sessions easily and have them in a quiet place without travel considerations, makes coaching more accessible.

During your first session you will meet your matched coach and begin your coaching. This session is the time you will get to know each other better to make sure the coach is right for you. The coach will also use this time to go through all the practical information you need to know about about how the sessions work, and make sure you are well informed about both the process and purpose of coaching. We call this contracting.

We offer a unique refund service after this first session if coaching or your coach was not right for you.

This will depend on your particular needs, however our coaches work with you to achieve your goal over 6 sessions of coaching. Our pricing structure reflects this.

If other goals arise there is the opportunity to extend the amount of sessions in excess of 6 and your coach will discuss this with you as you progress together.

Some people use a goal focused coach once in their lives to help a short term action. Other people have a permanent coach. We can help you with both those parameters and everything in between.

It's up to you, some people like to attend every week, some less frequent. We recommend no sooner than 7 days and no later than 4 weeks between your sessions.

All sessions can be moved with 48 hours' notice. If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours' notice the full fee will be incurred and you will lose that session.

All of our coaching programmes are purchased at £99 per hour long session or in a series of 6 hour long sessions at £499.

All sessions must be taken within 1 year of initial booking.

You have the opportunity to extend your coaching by a further 6 sessions everytime your current contract comes to an end, or you can top up and pay as you go. This way you'll keep your coach as long as you both want.

Our coaches often work at executive level and sign up to iFixMe to allow them the opportunity to work with people outside their normal circles and not impact on that work. This will mean they prioritise other work at times.

All of our coaches are professional and qualified so we suggest you find the best coach for you, depending on their availablility rather than the fact you may have worked with them previously. However, if they are still working with us and you would prefer to work with someone again then just drop us a line info@ifixme.co.uk and we'll try our hardest to make that happen, even if you can't efind them on the booking page.
