We are professional, well trained and enthusiastic in our work. Our coaches have come from all walks of life, and a large variety of roles and responsibilities within different industries. One thing unites us all, a passionate belief that coaching will make a difference to you.
When you sign up to iFixMe coaching you are committing to focus your mind on achieving the goals you specify and we will commit to the same.
Unlike other forms of self help, coaching is currently unregulated in this country. At iFixMe we work with qualified, accredited (or working towards final accreditation) coaches from two recognised coaching organisations in the UK. The Association for Coaching and the International Coaching Federation. We strongly believe in the extensive standards of excellence, training requirements, and aims and ethics of these organisations and while this makes it harder for us to find coaches, we wouldn't have it any other way. Our coaches are committed to continuous improvement in their coaching and follow a strict code of ethics.
When you look to book a new coach you'll get to the chance to read through read the profiles before finally signing up so you can understand more about them. Just click on a photo to find out more. During your first session your coach will introduce you to a contract, ensuring you are aware of things like their confidentiality and boundaries. You'll get a chance to ask as many questions as you want (it makes a change for us to be answering rather than asking!).
